Why build a 3.5 m high Ariane 6?

Because it’s possible !

One order contained a 1/20th scale Ariane 6 in the A64 version of the VA267 mission which successfully put 32 satellites of the Amazon LEO constellation into orbit in February 2026.

I first adapted my Ariane 6 drawings so that each element could be printed on my Prusa XL and defined an assembly system using 5 screws between each element.

I chose to rest the entire model on the 4 boosters, which required careful attention to the fixings between the boosters and the LLPM stage.

As a finishing touch, some decals were added, then the whole thing was varnished.

The model will be installed at its exhibition location, the Musée des Arts et Métiers (LIANCOURT, OISE), from September 2026.
